These Terms of Service cover the fabrication, supply and installation work carried out by Royal Aluminium Rwanda Ltd ("we", "us") for a customer ("you") once a quotation is accepted. These are separate from our website Terms of Use, which cover browsing this site. Specific terms for your order are what's written on your signed quotation or invoice — if there's ever a conflict between that document and this page, the signed quotation or invoice takes priority.
Before any quotation is finalized, we carry out a free site visit to take exact measurements. Final pricing depends on measurements taken on-site, not on estimates given over phone or WhatsApp.
Written quotations are valid for 7 days from the date issued, in Rwandan Francs (RWF), unless otherwise agreed. Work begins only after you accept the quotation and any required deposit is paid.
Payment terms (deposit and balance) are stated on each individual quotation. Payment is made to Royal Aluminium Rwanda Ltd's official company bank account only. We are not responsible for payments made to any other account.
Fabrication timelines are estimates given at the time of quotation and can vary based on order size, material availability and site readiness. We will communicate any delay as soon as we are aware of it.
Installation is carried out by our team or approved installers. The site must be ready (opening prepared, access available) on the agreed installation date. Delays caused by the site not being ready may affect the schedule and could incur additional costs.
Workmanship and materials are covered by warranty terms stated on your specific quotation or invoice. Damage caused by misuse, unauthorized modification, or normal wear and tear is not covered.
Changes requested after work has started (size, design, glass type, etc.) may affect price and timeline. Any change will be confirmed with you before proceeding.
If you cancel after fabrication has started, costs already incurred (materials cut, work done) may not be refundable. This will be discussed on a case-by-case basis.
